• Your cart is saved only on your own device.
• Your delivery details are sent to us only when you tap "Order on WhatsApp" to place an order.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Information you give us

When you place an order, you enter your name, phone number, delivery address (city, province and optionally postal code), your payment method and, if you choose, your email, a referral code and an order note. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp", these details and the products in your cart are sent to our servers and saved as your order, and WhatsApp opens with an order message ready for you to send. If you leave the checkout without tapping that button, we never receive these details.

If you chat with us on WhatsApp, we also receive your messages, your WhatsApp profile name and your phone number.

Information stored on your device

Your cart (which products you added and how many) is stored in your browser's or app's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. To show you up-to-date prices, discounts and delivery charges, the products and quantities in your cart (but no personal details) are sent to our servers to be priced; nothing is saved from this. You can clear your cart at any time by emptying it or clearing your browser or app data.

Technical information

Like most online services, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser or device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used only to run, secure and fix problems with the Services.

We use your information only to:

• process, confirm and deliver your order;
• contact you about your order, delivery or payment;
• let you check your order status using your order number and phone number;
• apply referral codes;
• answer your questions and provide customer support;
• keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes;
• keep the Services secure and working properly.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

We share your information only when needed to complete your order or when required by law:

• Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the order messages and chats between you and us. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Hosting and app store providers that run our website and distribute our app may process technical information on our behalf.
• Authorities, if we are required to by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

The aura deROMA app works the same way as our website. It does not require you to create an account, and the cart is stored only on your device. Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp in the same way described above. The app uses an internet connection to show products and prices. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

Uninstalling the app removes all the data it has stored on your device.

We keep order details (including your name, phone number, address and order history) for as long as needed to complete your order and handle returns or questions, and afterwards only as long as required for our accounting, tax or legal obligations. After that, we delete them. WhatsApp chats stay on our business phone until we delete them or you ask us to.

Our website and app use encrypted connections (HTTPS). WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. We store orders on secured servers and limit access to order details to the people who need them to fulfil your order. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law;
• stop contacting you about anything other than an active order.

To make a request, including a request to delete your data, message us on WhatsApp from the number you used to order. We will respond within 30 days.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced on our website or in the app.
